Regardless of how much money and effort we put into this website we would not be able to compete with websites like Zillow and Realtor. Also with the unique nature of Recreational Real Estate and the various MLS’ within Northern Michigan and the UP it would be hard to properly present search results to our diverse audience. We decided that money would be better spent in other medias. The best way to see the most properties matching your criteria is to send us an email, text, or call with what you are looking for and allow us to search the various MLS’. For a “less intrusive” way to watch our listings you can like our pages on Facebook. “Steve Shaw, Sporting Properties” is our page for recreational real estate throughout Northern Michigan and the UP. “Great North Real Estate” is for general real estate in the NE Lower Peninsula. However on those pages you will only see our listings. Not other available properties.
